I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Demyst in Jun 2024
Interview
Got approached on LInkedIn by the recruiter in the first week of June, I was asked to complete a basic assignment in a couple of days after I had a short discussion with the recruiter over a Zoom call. I submitted my assignment in a couple of days, the assignment itself was very easy. Then more than 10 days later, I get a half-baked feedback on the assignment through the recruiter (Your generic feedback like - 'your submission was good, but other candidates aligned to the specific needs more closely' etc.). I did everything as asked, but still not sure what exactly were they looking for. But a total waste of time for me. The recruiter was pretty great though, kudos to him.
