Interview
The interview involved, a screening by HR, 1 hour technical/functional interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel with HR, Hiring manager and the head of a business unit. Also, they made me feel like I’m a fantastic fit, asked me for my documents only to reject me later. Definition of gaslighting.

Question 1
1. What would you do if you commit a mistake ?
2. What are your weaknesses ?
3. A lot of questions about scrum based on behavioral questions and specific wcenerio based questions like: would you rather reduce the scope of the project or extend timeline if a new feature needs to be added ? How will you calculate velocity ? And how would you explain to CEO if a sprint is delayed.

Unprofessional Process and Poor Communication
I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s recruitment process.
The recruiter was extremely difficult to reach and never responded to emails. After my second interview, I was told that I would receive feedback within approximately two weeks. However, I never heard back. More than two months passed without any update. Being completely ghosted after investing time in multiple interview rounds reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process.
The interview itself was also problematic. One of the interviewers, a Scrum Master, repeatedly interrupted me while I was answering questions. During a discussion about my previous experience, he openly challenged and argued with me because he found it difficult to believe that a system I described was actually working. Rather than asking clarifying questions, he came across as dismissive and confrontational.
What I found most concerning was his behavior during the conversation. He not only interrupted me several times, but also made a “shushing” gesture with his fingers and held it up directly in front of me to stop me from speaking. I found this highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a formal interview setting where mutual respect and basic courtesy should be expected.
Overall, the combination of poor communication, lack of follow-up, and disrespectful interview conduct made this one of the worst recruitment experiences I have had.
