I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dennis Group (Springfield, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I emailed HR and received an email back in about 2 weeks. I interviewed at their facility in Springfield, MA. I spoke with an HR rep, followed by 2 project engineers. The HR interview was straightforward; she explained the company, benefits, positions available. The following 2 interviews had varying level of success for me. The second one pulled out a piping diagram and asked me questions about it. Took them 3 weeks to get back for me to find out I didn't get the job.
