Communication was fairly light, short in-person interview was the first step. They reviewed my GitHub projects that I listed on my resume and asked questions. Wearing many hats, building complex code from scratch and just "getting it" (understanding ramifications for QA, devops, release process) is crucial

They provided a whiteboard coding problem and asked how/why I would develop it.

Interview
I participated through college campus.
It was a three round process.
First was a aptitude+English+reasoning round.
It was easy.
2nd round was a pen paper based coding round. Questions were pretty easy.
3rd round was face to face the technical interview.
4th one was hr which was just a formality.
