I applied online. I interviewed at Dental Republic (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was forward. However, I experienced unprofessionalism. I read the job requirements, applied, and they abruptly gave me my interviewing instructions. The part that disgusted me is how the front desk said, “Just a PSA, if you were not here originally before the other PSA, this is a bilingual role.. for the receptionist… meaning English and Spanish.” Yes, I was the only Asian woman left in a uniformed room. Yes, I addressed this rude delivery during my interview. Worst of all, I witnessed HIPAA violated. Yes, I have the description of the two women that decided to search up a patient’s address and voice that at the front desk.
When I interviewed, it was a simple. Only 3-5 questions. And yes, I spoke Spanish.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Simple questions: what position? full-time? Can you speak Spanish? How do you know Spanish?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dental Republic (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Can’t remember who I interviewed with, but one thing they are amazing at is criticizing. Right off the bat, he talked and interrupted me, and criticized my prior company. The interviewer kept deflecting my questions, and at the end they want the world from their employees, but can’t offer decent compensation, health benefits, or job security. Even if they had followed up, the interview gave me insight into a company that was so ridiculously bad, I’d be crazy to take it.
