SQL, Excel and Power Bi was the requirement; which definitely matched my current skills. Other items very not that much required. Be very much hands-on on the bookish stuff for Power BI and Tableau as well
Interview was good I accepted the offer . 3 rounds of interview including one real time task. All are panel interview. I hired through paragon payroll initially & it's easy reach out partners rather then company directly

We went through all four rounds of the interview process, and they went with an internal candidate twice. The recruiter wasn't good at communication, and that affected the experience greatly. Also, the last interview felt like a decision had already been made, as the interviewer wasn't prepared for it.
