It was quite straightforward. First, an interview with the CD whose team you'll be working in. Then another senior who is a part of the same team that's looking for writers. After which you have a copy test (probably only for copywriters, not for positions higher) and finally an interview with HR to discuss specifics.

Copy test is a little challenging but fun! The interviewers are very understanding but slightly intimidating. They also give ample time to attempt the test and open to rescheduling in case required.
