DermStore interview questions

Initial recruiter screen call followed by an hour long interview with head of department in UK office. Then was asked to complete an assignment , which was never acknowledged or graded. Spoke with hiring manager, followed by final round with US head. This was supposed to be on site but received notice he couldn’t make it once I was already at their office.
