Derris interview questions

Standard interview process involved an initial phone screen, followed by virtual rounds including two staff members at once. Final interview with senior leadership. Nothing out of the ordinary for agency interviews.

First interview was with an under qualified and incompetent internal recruiter. She asked basic questions and you could tell she was reading from a script. T his was followed by a writing test that is used because the agency is bereft of ideas. You never hear back from the agency after completing the writing test.
