I had worked with the company in the past, so it was more informal. We went out to lunch and discussed the future of the company/their current needs/plans for growth. It was a good conversation that left me feeling very excited about the opportunity. Interviews for other roles are always more structured, with phone screens, technical skills assessments, in-house interview, and reference and background checks, etc. But these are really great people, and candidates are never thrown down the interview gauntlet. We want to hire great people, to join a great company-and deliver the best service and solutions to our clients possible. And have some fun along the way.
