I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Designity (New York, NY) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview process was thorough. There was a "challenge" component where I was on a call with the recruiter and another candidate. While this was a bit awkward, it was (1) a good way to gauge how the candidates think in real-time, and (2) it helped get a feel for what the role will actually be like. Company reached out to all references.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Designity (Barcelona) in Aug 2025
Interview
I was contacted by them. Qu was kind, shared the details with me, and I found the offering very inspiring, and interesting so I went through the application process.
After applying, and answering some questions I took an assessment which was very insightful about how they work, and think, after that I got to meet the CEO and had a great chat with him.
I did not get the offer but definitely will apply in the future, I feel their approach to the industry is enticing, and overall everything felt very efficient.
