I got a call from consultancy. It was worst interview experience with Deskera. The interviewer doesn't know how to start conversation. He just followed traditional approach. Interviewer was not experienced in interview process. He asked me questions like fresher level. My advice to management to choose interview panel wisely. Give some training to interviewer. If candidate experience is more than 5+ year then they should ask according to it's position. He asked me all the question like fresher level. what candidate will think , what kind of challenging work he or she will get at there ?
