I just had one interview with the recruiter, after which I was sent out the job offer. The interviewer asked nothing that could gauge my clinical knowledge or application to patient scenarios. If this is how the usual process is, I am unsure based on what knowledge they really employ their dentists or whether they are really efficient to handle complex clinical situations.
