I applied for the position online and was called 1 day after I applied. I spoke with a wonderful person who was doing the recruiting at the time and then I was invited in for an in person interview. I had 2 awesome interviews with the Director and the CEO. I was offered the position 1 week after my second interview. A total of 3 weeks from initial contact to hire.
