Deutsche Knowledge Services Global Inter-Unit Clearing Analyst interview questions

After 1 week of passing my CV through Jobstreet and LinkedIn, I had a phone interview (it was a Thursday) then the interviewer asked me to wait for an e-mail regarding the face-to-face interview on either Monday or Tuesday, depending on the availability of the Hiring Managers. From the e-mail that I received, it said that my interviewer was the AVP for Finance, however, I was interviewed by a Team Lead. The question was more on my personal experience, and nothing technical so I don't know whether that's just how the interview works or the Team Lead's just not interested on my profile
