I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dev Bhumi Cold Chain (New Delhi)
Interview
I was requested to meet in person and discuss the job profile, company plans, growth prospects with CMD of the company as I knew him for more than 5-6 years at that the time of interview. The cold storage facilities of this company were being used by my former employers.
During the discussions I was appraised of current and future prospects and the short term and long term plans of the company.
Salary was not the major initiative for me to switch over to this company... rather it was the desired enhancement in learning experience that this company seemed to provide to me as an prospective employer.....later during my working with this company I realized that I was right in my judgement..
I negotiated for sufficient joining time to enable me to hand over my job responsibilities of the last company to the satisfaction of the last employers and to the best of my abilities.
