Development Planning & Financing Group Associate interview questions

First I did a phone interview with a recruiter who received my resume from Career builder. Then I did an in person interview that was a panel style with recruiters, ceo and other team members. Then I had to do a very difficult excel test. Test was hard and I was honest that I didn't know most of it. I took a modeling course after I got the job and it really helped me. I recommend a modeling course for anyone who applies to this job. It is a technical analyst role.

Submitted resume received a call to come in for an interview. Interview was good, met the managing principal as well as two other employees. Learned more about the company, about each person and also told them a bit about myself and my background. Had to do an Excel test as they just wanted to see where I was at in Excel, was pretty tough but manageable. Had a small debrief at the end with the manager and was told I would hear back in the next 2-3 weeks.
