Interview
Just had one technical interview.
The guy they put to interview me was not even part of the devops team but data engineer instead, I could notice he was in a rush(probably had projects to finish), and also snappy whenever I would question anything.
This gaveaway immediatly how the company operates, very short goal dates, constant crunch time, not a good work life balance.
Having this said, I tried to keep conversation as nice as possible, and in the end they did not even reply back, even after I asked him: "do you guys reply back even if I am not accepted? Just so I can get some feedback on what went wrong", he replied "yes"
Total radio silence after that interview.

Le processus de recrutement était très compliqué (5 entretiens + tests) avec des questions inutiles. J'ai regretté le temps perdu, surtout pour un test basé sur un document de 200 pages.

Easy-going and informational interview. Very helpful to gain insights on the company and traineeship. Left feeling like I had a good idea of what was expected of me and what to expect from Devoteam.
