The interview process was not a particularly pleasant experience for me. As mentioned by others, the process is fully automated and consists of three phases, each of which is quite time-consuming. However, the most significant issue arose after the interviews, when feedback regarding the application was expected. It took over a month to receive a response from the company, despite my attempts to communicate with the HR team via WhatsApp and email. This delay was both disappointing and discouraging. After investing substantial time and effort into the application process, the lack of timely feedback was disheartening. Regrettably, based on my experience, I must agree that the process felt like a significant waste of time.
