Dew Software interview questions

A recruiter called me regarding the job position for technical recruiter ,I cleared all the rounds. Meanwhile the Onboarding process, my joining will be August 5th,but due to my health issue I can ask for extension .The recruiter said 'Okay' ,there is no problem I will hold your position.At the time,I said I will join from 1st September .I will ask for Offer letter too but he said whenever you come to office,I will release offer letter .On 1st September,I will started to the office and called him for offer letter.he said that I will call you regarding we can move with you or not. Tell me guys,what should I do now?
