I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Dexcom (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied on line, called in for on-site in less than week and had to follow up multiple times in order to get updated status, over a 3-4 week period. Was told I was a strong candidate after I interviewed, then radio silence. Strangest interview, ever.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic routine questions, same questions actually across the 4 people I had met that day. The schedule was provided, but was not adhered. I was sent to multiple buildings by the security guards before I got to the right building, 15 minutes overdue, due to the misfires by the new security guards. I landed there finally, but no one was in the conference room. Finally a guy showed up and he introduced himself by name but I had no idea what his role was, but not the female I had expected based on the interview schedule provided to me. Edgy encounter, as if this guy wasn't comfortable in his own being. He mentioned how tightly his manager managed him, and it seemed to roll downhill from there. I probably shouldn't have mentioned that I had previously turned down an offer here .
