Firstly interview by the Hiring Manager(Ask to write a formal letter),then excle test is given(With some fomulars not much complicated),after accounting paper with about ten questions given and finally interview by the Finance manager and Accountant.

aptitude, technical & face to face interview
Technical interviews will be followed by case studies regarding RCC structures and steel structures. senior design engineer or engineering manager will take up face to face interview, they will observe body language, communication skills, and also the way you satisfy with your answers.
