Had 3 interviews ( each of them increasing in length ) and then was completely ghosted along with someone else I knew interviewed for the same position. During the final interview, was informed that they run a lean crew, which generally means overworked without compensation, and was told that it you're given time for lunch - a quick 20/30-minute lunch at your desk - and you would put in 45 - 50 hours and go home! There's no late nights and rarely weekends.
