The interview process left a lot to be desired and left me feeling as if my experience was insignificant. Note: I never applied to this position, the hiring manager (Chinasa), reached out to me to schedule an interview. No sooner did I finish my 'tell me about yourself' spiel, she was already ready to dismiss as she made a statement regarding her not knowing if I would be a fit. I could immediately see the disinterest on her face. She then asked if I had created a course before (my answer provided below). She then asked me to "pursuade" her on if my experience was a match. While I began to defend myself, I realized this probably was not the company for me. The hiring manager was condescending and rude. Thank you internet Gods because no sooner after.. the Teams video began having technical difficulties so I left and sent an email advising of my disinterest. If this person is any indication of the company itself: BULLET DODGED w/ this company.
