I was first approached by a recruiter to be followed by 6 steps:
1. Phone interview with recruiter
2. Aptitude/Personality Online test
3. In-person interview with recruiter
4. Phone interview with CRO
5. In-person interview with CRO
6. 3 hour interview with 6 different people in the company
The recruiters and the company itself remained very professional and straight forward throughout the process.
