The interview process was long, confusing, and extremely indirect. From the time I applied, it took several week to hear back from their recruiter. I was initially asked what my expectations for the role and salary were. I did not receive any feedback from that, but was offered an interview. This interview had to be rescheduled due to issues on their end. This interview was with a mid-wife that outlined the role, asked me questions about my ability to be flexible, and told me multiple times that didn’t have clear roles and expectations for this position. I have had several jobs where the structure goes through remodel, and I let them know as much. Several weeks later, we completed a second interview. This one was rescheduled 3-4 times with different people within the company. I believe my second interview was with someone in their business department. They asked me to do a later time due to being in a different time zone and were very adamant about this. Again, we rescheduled (mind you, at this point we’ve rescheduled about 5 times for 2 interviews). This felt like a red flag, but I was still curious about the position. This second interview was a replication of the first, the same questions asked, and no new information given. At this point, no one had been able to tell me about benefits with the company or salary expectations. After a week from this “interview”, I received a denial, which honestly seems like a relief given how wishy-washy the entire process was. From the submission to the application to the denial, it took them 7 weeks.
