I was contacted over mail for a position in a reputed bank in UAE. It was a contract role with the bank and my employer would be dicetek. After the interview, they took 5 weeks to confirm that the result is positive but added a twist that the bank intended to hire me on their own payroll instead of a contractor. But further no communication from dicetek or the bank. Upon following with dicetek, they initially told that they are following up with the bank, but later on (a month or two after the 'positive response ') they asked me to start looking for other opportunities.
