DigDev Direct interview questions

First interview was on the phone. It went well, but they did not disclose any salary expectations. Second interview was in person. The base salary was way below expectations or reasonable for a seasoned professional. Additional commissions would be earned, but the company base was extremely low, especially considering having to commute to the office daily for the position.
