I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DigiCert in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process started very professionally, but the communication at the end did not match the professionalism shown throughout the rest of the process.
After completing all interview stages, I was told I would receive an update and feedback if I wasn't selected. Instead, I received no communication for weeks despite following up, and eventually learned through another employee that the role had already been filled.
Investing months in a recruitment process and being left without an outcome or the feedback I had been promised created unnecessary uncertainty. This fell well below the standard of communication I expected from a company of DigiCert's reputation. Candidates deserve clear and timely communication.

Question 1
Questions about previous sales experience, approach to complex B2B sales, stakeholder management and sales methodology.
By far the most unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced. I applied for a position a month ago and got an email from a recruiter letting me know I was moving forward for an interview. We scheduled it, I prepared over the weekend, come Monday morning I get a calendar cancellation with no explanation. I reach out to the recruiter asking if there was a mistake - no response. I then reached out the next day expressing my interest in the role and asking about rescheduling (assuming something came up). I never got a response but two days later I get an automated rejection email. If you hired someone else just communicate that. So unprofessional and disappointing for an organization I was excited about. I would recommend steering clear because they clearly don't have their priorities straight internally.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DigiCert (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Good Process with lots of round of interviews.
First is with their internal talent acquisition, followed by Hiring manager, then 2 reps in the team.
Overall the conversations felt positive and light.
