Other than typical interview questions, additional questions revolved around familiarity and experience with LVT, your experience or thoughts on new developments in marketing platforms (like Google ads, if that is your area of specialty). Any difficulties you've experienced with ad platforms, marketing KPIs or goals, and how you'd strategize. The initial phone interview was with the CEO about skills and qualifications. Next, there is a zoom interview for about an hour and a half with three different employees, one at a time, that goes over regular, general interview questions. Lastly, there is an in-person interview with the CEO about remaining questions and salary.
