Digit88 Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I recently went through the interview process with Digit88, and I must say it was one of the most professional, well-structured, and thoughtful experiences I’ve had. From the very beginning, HR was extremely supportive and ensured that the process was smooth and transparent. All interview rounds were engaging and focused not only on technical skills but also on problem-solving approach, communication, and culture fit. The CEO round with Dheeraj was a standout — he brought in great energy and clarity about the company’s vision. It was inspiring to see a leader so actively involved in the hiring process and leading from the front. My discussions with the US counterparts were also meaningful and highlighted the global outlook and collaborative spirit of the company. The interviews left a lasting impression on me. The conversations felt like two-way dialogues rather than one-sided evaluations. The team was genuinely interested in understanding my experience, perspective, and alignment with their goals. As someone who has taken many interviews in my previous role, I also appreciated their emphasis on structured thinking and attitude. In my experience, beyond technical skills, a candidate’s mindset, problem-solving approach, and willingness to contribute proactively make the real difference. Digit88 seemed to value this as well — which speaks volumes about their culture. Although I ultimately decided to pursue another opportunity that aligned more closely with my long-term career goals, I have nothing but respect for the people at Digit88. Bad process, I gave a interview recently, After the interview, Recruiter said he will schedule next round, but i keep waiting for them,I followed up many time for my next round, and they start telling me about notice period and etc etc, they were not clear on candidature feedback and just making candidate to wait. Very bad process
