Interview
Interviewer was late and incredibly cold. Felt as though I was being drilled rather than formally interviewed - As though upon her seeing my face on the screen, a decision was made and the interviewer was going through the motions. For a leading talent-first agency, I would’ve imagined a more considerate representative handling the interviews.
3 interviews - first with HR and second with manager who you’d work under. Fairly informal interview process more of a conversation and everyone was very with only a couple standard interview questions.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, one with HR and one with a direct manager. Fairly easy process, more conversational than anything else. HR interview had the common, behavioral questions while the interview with the manager asked more specific questions that applied to the day-to-day tasks.
