I am a female engineer and i met all of the qualifications for the position. I met with one of the directors and one of the engineering managers. My meeting with the engineering manager went great, he asked me questions about my skills and experience, and he gave me an overview of the role they're looking to fill. But the director asked me very personal questions that I think aren't even legal to ask- Do you plan on having kids, do you already have kids, how old are your kids.

It was very informal. The CFO is a pleasant person who was trying to get a feel for who you were and how refined your personality was. I also interviewed with the Gentleman who would be my direct supervisor, but he didn't seem to like my professional background. They are very specific in what they are looking for
