The interview rounds were short, timely, and nothing to extensive. Very straightforward. It was a great experience. Started with an in-house recruiter then I had a second round with another project manager and a third final round with two department leadership members.
I've engaged with this company twice, and each time I encountered some concerns. During my first interaction, the process was somewhat disorganized, and communication seemed less than ideal.
In a subsequent application two years later, I received feedback suggesting I should approach compensation discussions differently after simply sharing my range.
