      Electronics Test Technician Interview

      20 Apr 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lake Hopatcong, NJ
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Digitize (Lake Hopatcong, NJ) in Apr 2023

      Interview

If you're looking for a 3 hour interview process for $15.50 an hour, you found it. When you get there you read through a packet explaining their pay scales and overtime. They want you to work overtime. I had to take a personality test, a 90 minute IQ test, solder chips on a board test, and interview with 3 different people at separate times. (in the same day). After I was offered the job at $15.50, I said I would talk it over with my wife and called the next day to decline the offer. Might be a good job for someone fresh out of school, but certainly wont support a mortgage. Overall this was a waste of my time.
