Phone interview with hiring managers and recruiter, followed up with on site leads with more technical questions and review of previous experience and skills. Details of work with customers, processes utilized and documentation background

Interview process was great. I felt afterwards that both Diligent and I understood well how we could work together if I was to be hired for the position. I had an initial interview with one of the owners and follow up interview with the HR director.
