The interview is easy and straight forward. Unless you have some major red flags, you should be able to pass it. Be upfront and ask many questions as you need to.

Interview
Interview was through Google Meet. Connect was really bad that it was hard to hear the interviewer. Other than that, the questions were very broad and easy to answer. Don't think too much about it.

Interview
I have applied to this company 3 times and all three times I was scheduled for an interview. The last 2 times I was scheduled for an interview, I had an interview date set and then suddenly, near the date or ON THE DATE OF THE INTERVIEW, I receive a rejection letter with no other explanation as to why the interview was cancelled. Before every time my interview was cancelled, I was emailed to reschedule the interview date to which I gladly obliged. Then to have the interview straight up cancelled afterwards. From what I've experienced and from what I've read about the company work culture, there's a high turnover rate and most likely what is happening is that there was someone ahead of me who they went ahead and hired, without going through all the potential candidates. I understand that is a common practice in some places, but it doesn't respect the potential candidate's time at all and plays with the unemployed to be consistently on the interview track and then suddenly dropped without warning. The recruiters here need to rethink how they conduct their work with empathy. I'd say steer clear of this place.
