I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dillard's
Interview
Two Interview, first one with ASM and second with Upper management. Typical question, they want you to explain yourself, because they can legally ask you. Try to sell something to them that you used to do.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There really aren't any particularly hard questions. They ask the typical, tell us about yourself and prior job experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (North Olmsted, OH)
Interview
The interview was intimidating but quick and eatsy. They interviewed me wednesday and did the backround check the same day...called me half an hour later and said everything was good. They had me in the next day for orientation. Everyone was nice Its just that no one acturally trains you...you kind of have to learn and train yourself because of how competitive it is
I applied online. I interviewed at Dillard's (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2012
Interview
I filled out my application online, and within a week I received a call from Dillard's asking me to come in for an interview. I interviewed for a Men's Sales Associate and was interviewed by the Men and Women Shoe are floor manager, and not the Men's floor manager. Was hired on by the shoe manager and approval of the Men's area floor manager. I thought it was an awkward method, especially because I was interviewed by the Shoe Dept Manager.
