Interview
Easy Interview. Fast hire. Make u sign arbitration-only agreement to your detriment...if hired, u will likely find plenty of reasons to sue. Easy process start to finish. Go in, fill out app on computer and then meet with the GM who basically just asks you about your life and your availability. They call u in a few days and tell you that you got the job. Then when u start, u watch a few videos on workplace safety and sexual harassment and sign the arbitration agreement, and then get trained for about ten mins and then your on the floor. Mostly you will train under your coworkers if they like you, but managment does not hardly train you at all over how to use the system. I did not like the old aniquated POS (point of sale) system but I liked helping customers to pick out outfits.

Do you have any sales experience? where r u from? what hours can you work?
basic and easy questions on a computer and barely any face to face questions, mostly just answer customer service-type questions on computer and then do a meet and greet with the general manager of the store.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
