Interview
I went into Dillards and they had me fill out the application there. I filled it out and also gave them my cover letter and resume. They called the next day and asked me to do the interview the following day. I went in for the interview and they really didn't even ask me any questions besides, what hours i could work and what department I would feel most comfortable in.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dillard's (Hurst, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
