Interview process began with a call from Dept. Manager interviewed with DM,
then Store Manager.
Went over career aspirations and long-term goals.
Asked why retail as a career path. Store Manager was very engaging and had my interests in mind.
Was givin many career paths to management and other possible direction with time in seeing progress.

Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
