The interview is comprised of 3 rounds.
1. HR screening: basic fit questions and why questions. Learn about DFA's strategies
2. Analyst phone screening: more on your resume, know every single detail of your resume (e.g. what kind of model used, define xxx)
3. Superday: 4 rounds in person, 2 rounds of behavioral, one round of technical (mostly stats and probablity), one round of fit and firm-wise knowledge (why DFA, which team preferred, examples of Fama French factors)
