I was hired through Internshala though they did not mark me hired on that platform. I was shortlisted on the internshala platform for the role of Subject Matter Expert - Intern -Mechanical Engineering department. Then I was given 6 questions out of which I was required to solve 3 questions and submit the solution via email and the answers should be in a word file and no diagrams should be hand drawn(if any). These questions are very simple and easy to solve. You can refer to your notes or the internet to prepare the solution for these questions. Also, you have to write a passage on a topic that was given. If you qualify for this round, then the final round was a skype interview with your team leader of the department you applied for. The Skype interview was easy, with only basic questions about you, your education, and if you have any questions about the work you can ask. If you are selected for the position, you will receive a confirmation mail within a week.
