I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dirpro (East Brunswick, NJ) in Jul 2019
Interview
They ask you to come in twice and it takes 5 minutes to realize this is all one big scam. That make you fill out a hobbies questionnaire similar to something kindergardeners would do and then the first interveiw is like a blind date you only talk about your hobbies. The second interveiw they offer you a job and ask if you can immediatley accept. They tell you how you could potentially make 80k a year but your "base pay" is basically minimum wage and youd be working in sams club or direct tv stores. All a big joke.
Extremely deceptive and unprofessional. The ad on LinkedIn was titled "Marketing Assistant" and the description said I would be planning events and coordinating with decision makers from big name electronic companies. I went through 2 rounds of interviews. On the 2nd interview they said I would be in a sales role as a "Client Rep" standing inside of a Costco selling TVs. Interviewer was late to both of my interviews.

Interview
Went for initial interview, which was very informal and was asked back the next day. Had an interview with someone in sales and then was asked if I had time to stay to meet the CEO. I was offered the job by the CEO. Everyone was pleasant. They try to sell you on the job but I thought they were transparent and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
