A phone screen, then an interview with hiring manager and then a virtual onsite. Onsite was 5 rounds and it was conducted in Discord itself and took a full day.

Amazing process, but someone else made it to the offer stage before me. Technical challenge was not leetcode and I had great conversations with everyone involved. I look forward to reapplying in the future.
