Still in process of interview so I can't really share the full experience, but so far, my experience with HM call was disaster. HR screwed up scheduling twice, I told her to reschedule cuz it was clashing with my other interview. She ignored and HM still called me in the wrong time. I was able to take it bc I was in between the break.
HM said sorry for weird schedule but she had only 15 min to interview me. WOW the audacity! It supposed to be 30 min call! Obviously everything was super rushed, she didn't care about my answers. And then that HM rejected me for the position.
Thankfully I am referred to other position in different team so Im going through that right now but beware on this type of attitude interviewing discord.
Overall process:

2) HM 30 min call
3) Take home
4) 3-4 rounds of panel
