Had round 8 different conversations and they also required a full project and presentation. I was already told by the recruiter I was overqualified so at the end it was clear they had me to do the project because they were just mining data from me... do NOT do comprehensive projects that are unpaid.

What was a time you disagreed with the direction of leadership?
Tedious, 6 rounds of conversations. First round was just chatting, then I actually talked to relevant people in the department. The final round was half a day and it was extremely fatiguing and they weren’t able to match my salary range so I declined.
