The process was thorough and I appreciated the amount of time spent to make sure the job would be a good fit for me. Lots of emphasis on the importance of being invested in the kids I'd be working with, which I think is super important.

3 separate interviews, one of them having a role play section. All of them were pretty simple and I felt comfortable going in. It was a good process.
