I applied online. I interviewed at Discovery Machine (Williamsport, PA)
Interview
The interview process was long and took about a month. First there was a phone interview, then a programming test, then a presentation. I was rushed into making a decision on the offer.

Interview
I applied online and received an email with questions about my experience in different technologies. Made it to the first phone interview that consisted of semi-technical and personality questions. The next interview was a whiteboard challenge style interview where your knowledge is tested. They then asked me to schedule what I assume is the last interview where you have to present for a group of people. This was where I had to decline it because I accepted an offer elsewhere, but I would like to think that if the presentation went well, I may have been offered a job.
The entire process was pretty positive. The interviewers really want to help you pass if they see potential but you do need a good foundation. They are also really fun to talk to which eases the pressure a bit and made it feel more casual. You don't feel like you are being interrogated like some other places do.

I applied online, was contacted by HR and scheduled a phone interview with the VP of software development for the following week. The phone screen consisted mainly of questions about projects on my resume, and basic Java/OOP/SQL questions
