Multiple rounds, expect 3-4, that ask about proficiency in design, implementation, and collaboration for past and ongoing projects. However, it seems blatantly unclear that they look for unicorns and people with skills that don't match the overall purpose of the job/title

Interview
First interview with recruiter was mostly a sales pitch on the company and culture. Second interview was more technical focused with a long list of questions from the Lead Producer. There was more discussion of culture and work/life balance. Repeated a few times: "We are building a game and building a team."

Five steps: 1. Contact candidate to invite them to apply 2. Intro call 3. Meet the team and have back to back interviews 4. Keep candidate on the hook by saying they're "gathering all feedback" but make sure to hype them up first so they don't leave. 5. Ghost the candidate and ignore any additional emails from said candidate.
